We asked Dr. Avijit Banerjee about how his Vattikuti Fellowship contributed to his success. Here's what he told us:
"My fellowship at Medanta under the guidance of Dr. Gagan Gautam has been both immensely fruitful and deeply meaningful. Beyond his vast knowledge, what stood out the most was the warmth with which he treated his fellows—making us feel as though we had known him for decades. His mentorship has been invaluable. For someone who began with minimal experience in robotics, the journey to becoming a confident consultant has been a transformative one, made possible through his guidance.
"I am also grateful to the Vattikuti Foundation for offering young urologists a dream opportunity in robotic training—an experience that fast-tracks careers and shapes futures. I look forward to being associated with the Foundation throughout my professional journey."
