644 Robotic ileocystoplasty for Refractory high risk neuropathic bladder

Refractory high-risk neuropathic bladder always results in renal failure. Our robotic series represents the largest series reported outside the USA. All included children had either failed conservative management, including anticholinergegic and intradetrussor Botox, or presented with progressive renal failure. Long-term follow-up outcomes have been analysed and are presented in this study.
