On January 24, 2026, the Vattikuti Foundation and Christian Medical College (CMC) Vellore marked a major milestone in neurological care landscape with the launch of the Centre for Excellence in Neurotechnology at the Ranipet, India campus.

AIIMS Vattikuti Facility of Advanced Neurotechnology at AIIMS, New Delhi was introduced February, 2025 with the first Exablate MR-guided Focused Ultrasound Therapy (MRgFUS) system in the public sector, marking a transformative step in advanced neurotechnology.

Ever in the forefront of new technologies in healthcare, the Vattikuti Foundation is now widening its reach with incision-less procedures to address neurological disorders, scar-free brain therapy for tremors and movement disorders.

Tremors are a common side effect of neurodegenerative disorders affecting patients in large numbers throughout the world and is increasing in India. Common treatments include medication, surgical intervention and lifestyle changes. MRgFUS is another option to treat patients.
