591 Robotic Enucleation of Uncinate Process Insulinoma
Dr. Mahesh Patel
Uncinate process insulinomas are usually treated with open surgery, often associated with significant morbidity. Minimally invasive techniques, especially robotic-assisted surgery, offer the potential to reduce this morbidity while maintaining surgical precision. However, due to the complexity of the location, only a limited number of robotic enucleations for uncinate process insulinomas have been reported globally to date.
