This video presentation demonstrates our technique of robotic assisted cystectomy with novel modifications devised in our Institution. An Alexis port is utilised at the stoma site used for the creation of a safe pneumoperitoneum as well as insertion of ureteral stents and easy creation of stoma. Demonstrated practical modifications not only shortens the time of construction of the diversion but also decreases the risk of urinary leakage.
