Current Status & Future of Virtual Medicine in India
The Covid-19 pandemic has caused an increase in the number of virtual consultations in comparison to pre-Covid times, across the globe. We at the Vattikuti Foundation strongly believe in outside-the-hospital care as and where possible to be a viable alternative now- and into the future. This webinar is a comprehensive public dialogue on the subject through distinguished panel of experts. We hope to excite people to take charge of their own health by looking to the future of virtual consultation options. With the prevalent trends in India, these virtual consults can make effective screening consults as a prelude to face-to-face consults or can be the means to accomplish follow up care. Issues such as patient and physician acceptability, last mile technical glitches, device availability, compatibility and overall patient compliance are some of the subjects of this program.
