A husband & wife from India both had been suffering from constant back pain, as the Times of India recently reported. Hanumantha, the 98-year-old husband decided to have robotic spinal surgery. He placed his trust in Dr. S. Vidyadhara, of Manipal Hospitals. The procedure went well, he was walking, without pain, one week later.
Gangamma, his 95-year-old wife suffered from a spinal injury. Pain medications did not relieve her constant discomfort, so she, too went to Dr. Vidyadhara. She was walking without pain after her hour-long procedure, according to the TOI.
