Dr. Rooma Sinha Celebrates 1000 Robotic Procedures

We wish to join Apollo Hospitals in celebrating a career milestone for our friend and Mentor Surgeon, Prof. Dr. Rooma SInha. She has accomplished 1000 robotic gynecologic procedures. Prof. SInha has been a driving force in using computer-assisted laparoscopic surgery to help her patients AND for training others around the world to do the same.
She recently posted this on LinkedIn: “I feel humbled and immensely proud to inform that my team and I completed 1000 cases of Robotic surgery in benign gynecology this Thursday. (4-24-2025-VF) Interestingly all the three cases done in this day were difficult Endometriosis pathology. This is the largest number of robotic surgeries in gynecology done by single surgeon in India. Extremely grateful to Our chairman sir for his vision, the Apollo management for their support, my OT team for their dedication, my colleagues for their good wishes and of course patients for their trust.”
