559 Single-port antegrade robotic lymphadenectomy in penile cancer patients
Dr. Aldo Brasetti
Lymph node dissection represents a key determinant of survival in penile cancer, yet its application remains limited due to the significant morbidity traditionally associated with the procedure. We describe a novel single-port antegrade robotic lymphadenectomy approach that enables both inguinal and pelvic lymphadenectomy through a single infraumbilical incision, allowing the removal of a lymph node count comparable to open series while simultaneously minimizing peri- and postoperative complications.
