643 RARP with Versius robotic surgical system

Cancer prostate is being diagnosed with increased frequency in India. A significant percentage of men diagnosed with operable disease are unable to afford a robotic assisted procedure due to lack of affordability of the current robotic systems. We aimed to see the feasibility of the Versius robotic surgical system for performing RARP with comparable outcomes at an affordable cost. We present our early experience with RARP using this system and demonstrate the feasibility of using it to treat men with localised cancer prostate.
