Dr. Mani Menon Lifetime Achievement Award

At the Vattikuti Global Robotics 2012 Conference, Dr. Mani Menon, the surgeon who pioneered many of the techniques used worldwide in robotic surgery, was surprised by Intuitive’s Ryan Rhodes- with a Lifetime Achievement Award from Intuitive Surgical, makers of the da Vinci surgical robot. Rhodes talked about the early years of Menon’s work and pioneering efforts- and the relationship he has had over the years.
