Prevention and Management of Complications in Robotic Surgery

 

Dr. Mario M. Leitao is the Fellowship Director, Gynecology Services and the Director of the Minimal Access and Robotic Surgery program for the Department of Surgery at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. This presentation, from the September 2015 meeting of the Robotic Surgeons Council of India takes a look at some difficult complications a robotic surgeon may need to face. Using videos from his and other colleagues experiences, he leads the viewers on what- and what not- to do to solve problems as they arise.
