On July 3rd, 2014, the Vattikuti Foundation sponsored King's-Vattikuti Institute of Robotic Surgery was formally opened at Guy's Hospital, King's College London. Raj and Padma Vattikuti, Dr. Mahendra Bhandari, Dr. Mani Menon and several other dignitaries were present to join with Dr. Prokar Dasgupta, Chair of Robotic Surgery and Urological Innovation for King's College in the ceremonies.
