592 Robotic Tracheal resection under ECMO

This video presents two cases of robotic tracheal resection performed under ECMO—one for a benign and one for a malignant condition. These were the first such cases performed in India. Traditionally, tracheal resections are done via sternotomy, which is associated with increased morbidity. Robotic assistance combined with ECMO offers a minimally invasive alternative with promising outcomes.
