642 Quadruple Docking for Robotic Total Colectomy

Total colectomy involves multi-quadrant dissection, making a fully robotic approach technically challenging. We devised a novel quadruple docking technique using three robotic arms with patient/table repositioning to minimize robotic arm movements and collisions during robotic total colectomy. Results: Console time 6 hours; each docking required 12–15 minutes. Operative time 7.5 hours, blood loss 10 ml. Postoperative recovery was uneventful.
