683 Robotic Assisted Trans-thoracic Esophagectomy using Firefly Technique

Introduction: Robotic Radical Esophagectomy or RAMIE is a complex surgical procedure requires esophageal mobilisation in the thorax. Complex anatomy in the thorax prolongs the learning curve among the surgeons and complications like bleeding, esophageal-gastric anastomotic leaks and thoracic duct(TD) injury. Using Robotic ICG Firefly Technology, we present two such techniques and performed a comparative study on the same for a better and efficient way to identify the TD and vascularity of the gastric conduit.
