“Seventy-five percent of the people say- ‘Why the robot and ovary?'” claims Dr. Rajanbabu. She explains why, despite large masses and “big disease,” that using the robot can be best for patients in many cases. She talks about re-targeting the robot for different parts of a procedure, using the same ports from different angles by triangulating the target anatomy.
