Consultant Urologist and Chief of the Laparoscopy division of the Muljibhai Patel Urological Hospital, Dr. Arvind P Ganpule speaks about the team there learning the basics at IRCAD and now the growing accomplishments in robotic surgery at MPUH. They have hosted workshops, expanded pediatric robotics and are being published in medical journals. Since the program’s beginning in September, 2010, there have been over 400 procedures accomplished. He features video of kidney stone surgery with cold ischemia (internal icing).
