ABSTRACT In the recent years there is a rapid spike in the use of robot-assisted neck dissection (RAND) as an alternative method for conventional neck dissection and an enormous body of evidences reported the feasibility and effectiveness for the same. Despite the availability of multiple approaches for RAND still there is a requisite for substantial technological innovation. In this video, we demonstrate our novel technique i.e., Robotic Infraclavicular Approach Minimally Invasive Neck Dissection (RIA-MIND) in head and neck cancers using Intuitive Davinci Xi surgical system. Where, RIA-MIND technique appears to have eased the difficulties that are encountered in its contemporary techniques and facilitates one stop completion of neck dissection of all neck levels (I-V).
