647 Successful Robotic Excision of a 6 cm Presacral Mass with Same Day Discharge

A patient presented with a 6 cm presacral mass, which in the past were typically taken out with either perineal or Karaoke approach which carries morbidity of possibly perforating the mass and fecal incontinence. The robotic approach deep in the pelvis, avoids these morbidities. The patient was discharge home same calendar day. with four 8mm incisions.
