Recurrent ovarian cancer has always been traditionally operated by the open surgical routine.With better technology ,superior instrumentation,growing expertise ,Robotic surgery may be an alternative to conventional open surgery for these patients.The Robotic platform may confer all the benefits of MIS surgery without compromising on oncological safety and outcomes.However we still need long term data supporting this.
